Michał Wójciak is a doctoral student at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Studies in 2010 and a Master’s Degree in Culture Management in 2012. He also graduated from Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design. His academic interests revolve around fashion as a cultural phenomenon and fashion in the context of media and management.
As a fashion designer he took part in many events and shows in Poland and abroad. His debut collection Malcontent was prized by Claude Bonucci at Russian Silhouette 2013 in Moscow. Last collection, HOBO, brought him, among other, 3rd place in Fashion Designer Awards 2015 in Warsaw. His designs were published in magazines and on websites like LABEL, Contributor Magazine, Lone Wolf , material girl magazine, Fucking Young! Online, Schön! Magazine.
